'Unveil the goddess within'
The root cause of disease is a disconnection or severance from the natural rhythms that govern spiritual awareness and mind body equipoise.
Medical astrology
Medical astrology is an integral branch of Naturopathic practice that studies the nature of interconnectedness between the planets, sun, moon phases moving through the 12 constellations in association with the body mind (as well as diseases and treatments).
With ancient roots in India, China, Egypt, Greece and medieval Europe, the art of linking the cosmos with the human body—and the medicines and plants that treat it—is at least 5,000 years old.
Long before the miracle pill arrived , physicians were naturopathic experts versed in the causes and prevention of disease through lifestyle and herbalism and the insight to forecast health through astrology.
Mind body spirit and space were interconnected , and planets were associated to body parts, strengths and weaknesses may be informed by your zodiac sign and astrological chart.
healing and the ability to return integrity through this methodology was the art of a naturopath
“For this is the great error of our day in the treatment of the human body, that physicians first separate the soul from the body.” —Plato
The differentiating factor between classical naturopaths is the art of forecasting the influence of lunation cycles for health and well-being and ability to connect planetary alignment and significance to the spiritual, the mental, the emotional, as well as the physical of the person who seeks counsel of wellbeing.
Lunar Wisdom - personal insights
I grew up in a world of sacred spiritual awakenings - enveloped by women practicing spiritually - and engaging in mystical magical ways to step into their power : full moon fasts were a critical cleansing time of fasting - not just food, but actions, thoughts, meditation, less talk …
- It was normal practice
- Cleansing and clearing
- Women gathered and practiced self care
- Sharing and laughing
But there’s different layers to this cleansing, the Physical, Mental, Emotional, Spiritual and beyond, the unknown.
Yogi’s demonstrate healing powers; the disciplined use of spiritual energies in restoring the natural harmony disturbed by man’s attempts to transcend nature through mind.
I was always fascinated and curious to investigate the scientific reasoning behind these deep spiritual practices led by women that personified a certain presence.

Moons influence on sacred fluids:
A Sacred Oil in Your Brain Activates Once a Month - with the light of the full moon
When the moon enters your birth sign, a gland in your brain called the claustrum releases a sacred fluid. It is particularly associated with the pineal gland and the claustrum.
It flows down your spine to the sacrum bone and rests there for three days.
If preserved through clean diet and sexual energy retention, this oil rises back up through your 33 vertebrae, activates the pineal gland and regenerates brain cells.
Winter solstices , equinoxes and full moons are key cosmic gateways that offer these gifts of awakening our state of consciousness and revealing our true shakti
Question is can you handle it ?
Most people find the experience frightening - and the shakti recoils
Externalisation of this energy drains through processed food, pornography and constant distraction for one reason - to make sure this oil is destroyed every single month before it can rise.
Ever wondered why the pine cone is revered since centuries?
Pineal activation is light dependent.
Borrowed light from the Moon or directly from the sun - Light is loaded with photon energy that fuels the biofield
Sunlight transforms to oil secretions and is stored in the body to self regulate
This secretion is thought to play a significant role in spiritual awakening and enhancing consciousness.

Production and Function
Key Components:
Pineal Gland: This small gland is central to the production of sacred oil. It is known for its role in regulating sleep and circadian rhythms.
Claustrum: This thin sheet of neurons is highly interconnected within the brain and is believed to be involved in complex cognitive tasks. It may also signal the production of sacred oil.
This is believed to flow down the spinal cord, during full moons (similar to sap of trees) reaching various parts of the body, which may contribute to physical and spiritual regeneration.
Implications of Sacred Oil:
The concept of sacred oil suggests a connection between physical processes in the brain and spiritual experiences. It is viewed as a means to access higher states of consciousness and may have implications for personal development and spiritual practices.
Understanding the role of sacred oil in the brain provides insights into the intersection of neuroscience and spirituality, highlighting how biological processes may influence our spiritual experiences.
Zodiac Signs & Parts of the Body
Before the 18th century, physicians were competent in medical astrology. Everything was connected between heaven and earth. Astrology and medicine worked harmoniously together - before the separation.
Medical readings will include the influences of the sun, moon, and rising signs identified in a person’s astrological birth chart. As planets transit through the signs of the zodiac and the houses, they bring their own influences to the body which can be organised from head to toe.
As the moon moved across the constellations it invoked certain behaviours and characteristics of the 12 sun signs.

The full moon 🌕 and Expression of the seven emotions and their effect on the inner organs:
The human frame contains sacs of fluid, made up of 70% water element. Just as the Moon influences the Ocean tides so does it arouse our emotional state.
Our emotional response during the full moon phase generally reveals where we store our pain and where we perhaps need to focus some attention.
Emotional physical association
* Anger makes chi rise causing headaches, tension around shoulders and neck, stiffness around hips and affects the Liver; (wood element)
* Joy slows down chi and affects the Heart
* Worry knots the chi and affects the Spleen (earth element)
* Grief affects the Lungs
* Fear descends chi (sinking feeling, prolapse) and affects the Kidneys (water element)
* Sadness dissolves chi and affects the Lungs and the Heart (fire and metal element)
* Shock scatters chi and affects the Heart (fire 🔥 element)
Everything is connected.
Full Moons reminds us of the intrinsic power that each one of us has to make a difference and how, when we join together, that power is exponentially magnified.
Once in a Blue Moon
Blue Moons occur every 2-3years signified by 13 moons in a year. The term ‘once in a Blue Moon' meaning ‘rare event’.
Historically Blue Moons are said to have a stronger magnetic influence on the earth, causing the ocean tides to react in response to the gravitational attraction.
Similarly, Full Moons bring us in touch with our emotional self and illuminates our sensitive nature, exposing our insecurities and fears. 'Ruling from the Heart serves the highest common good'.
Draw a line in the sand and ask yourself, ‘what is this situation asking of me? What is my role in all of this? What am I born to bring to this world? What do I have to offer?‘
We’re in the dawn of a new Age, which necessitates that each person do their part by developing and sharing their unique gifts.

Sagittarius ♐️
The archer rules the sciatic nerve, hips, thighs, pituitary gland, and lower liver. Sports injuries tend to beset these restless and energetic explorers, so be sure to stretch before heading out on that hike.
Because of the association with the liver, Sagittarians should limit sugary drinks and alcohol. Watch for gout, rheumatism, sciatica, and accidents. Your workouts pay off in gorgeous gams. Jupiter is your planet of luck and wisdom. Avoid exerting too much pressure on these areas, focus on healing injuries.
This Blue Moon urges us to shine our light and be ready for radical change, a new order. Its time to take control in areas of our life that perhaps we have neglected and illuminates issues from our past with a chance to grow and transform. Be seen by those who share your values and mission. Be yourself. Contribute your natural gifts and talents. Find your Tribe.
The Full moon invites us to consider what is sacred, of what is the spirit made, what is worth living for, and what is worth dying for?
The answer to each is the same: Love!
Wisdom says we are nothing, Love reminds us we are everything. Between the two, life flows.
